Awake California is a call for Christians to a day of prayer and fasting so that His glory may dwell in and transform our state.
Many have given up on the State of California and so we are gathering in prayer that God will stir the people to awake and transform culture. God will not turn from us so long as we approach him in humility to repent, pray, seek Him, and turn away from wicked ways.
The remedy for a time such as this is a united Church whose actions bring light to the world for all to see. There is no political or denominational agenda to this event. The focus of this gathering is to lift up our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We desire that His Kingdom come and His will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
